Currently, I basically agree Israel’s refutation of their genocides. But I wasn’t so from the first. I have never said that the holocaust is false and I will never do. But I believed pro-Palestinian far leftists’ books too much before I read the abolished Yahoo! Japan Message Board’s topics about Israel.

Our Nanjing Massacre Denial is labeled historical revisionism. But it’s one and the holocaust denial is another. The most of Nanjing Massacre deniers don’t deny the holocaust. Only 19% or so do. For example, the late Prof. Kanji Nishio(西尾幹二) and the late Mr. Shichihei Yamamoto(山本七平), giants of the conservative opinions press never deny the holocaust. Neither do I.
On Yahoo! Japan Message Board, Mr. adventureoftheultraworld and so on point out the problem that Palestinian terrorists wear civillian cloths, slip into civillians, and use civillians as shields. It’s true by seeing even Japan’s left-wing and anti-Israel deviated media reports. The international law discussion of Nanjing Massacre denial points out it’s not necessarily illegal to kill civilians as entanglement. Its responsibility is on Palestinian side. It’s a problem on jus in bello and Israel’s “invasion’ of Palestine is on jus ad bellum. So even if you supported Palestine, you cannot say Israel’s attacks on civilians are illegal.

To be honest, it’s false that the most Nanjing Massacre deniers support Israel. I was not, neither. But by above reasoing, Mr. Nanking no Shibuta Kampachi(南京の渋多勘八), an X account specialized in refuting Nanjing Massacre support Israel. He applies the logic of Nanjing Massacre denial to Israel’s problem. Palestinian terror tactics and wartime propaganda are similar to China’s way against Japan in Sino-Japanese War. If not “the most”, there are many who think like that. If you feel Japan’s anti-Israeli views are problem, better to research Nanjing Massacre denial’s logic. Basically, people who say Nanjing Massacre is true don’t try to know Israel’s position but distort international law itself.

Personally, I’m not shocked as much as conservative Japanese people on X. But yes to “us”, conservative Japanese people. It dramatically changes our views about Palestine. It make conservative Japanese people including many Nanjing Massacre deniers to listen to Israel’s refutation. Leftists accusing us of Japanese war crimes are still against Israel.
